can't find TiVoServer.exe ERROR

    can't find TiVoServer.exe i

    "Test execution failed: "Test XMPP connection from TiVo Server to TiVo Service"
    Error reason: can't find TiVoServer.exe in the running processes."

    This is TiVo Desktop on your PC? You might need to reinstall it.

    Yes, it's on a PC. I had already reinstalled the day before. Reinstalled again, and made no difference. I still get the error. However, Tivo is transferring files from my PC OK.
