Cannot connect to DVR. Multi Room viewing is not available because there is a network problem.

    TiVo "one" is over WiFi.

    TiVo "two" uses Ethernet

    Error message is:
    Cannot connect to DVR. Multi Room viewing is not available because there is a network problem.

    I checked and both can download updates through the "TiVo service connection" so network appears okay.

    Any ideas?

    Try restarting both units and the router. Try hooking wifi unit with Ethernet to see if it works that way, then you know it is the wifi.

    On tivo.com, login to your account, go to Preferences, make sure the boxes are checked for all your boxes (click SAVE at bottom, if changed). Force Tivo service connections on all Tivo boxes (Under Settings, Network).

    You should have the same Media Access Key on all boxes as well as your tivo.com account.
