Can TiVo transfer to 2 computers at once?

    Well, I'm using KMTTG if that matters.

    But it looks like when I use 2 computers to grab shows, one of them beeps and attempts but fails and it looks like it keeps cycling the list until one computer finishes and then it works...then the other doesn't.

    Interesting question. I only have one computer so I don't know the answer, but I think "external" transfers are limited to 1 device.
    It might have to do with the fact that the Tivo has to mux the audio and video files together before sending to the computer.

    Not only can't it transfer two streams at once, it has a pretty hard time doing one -- it can't come anywhere near saturating the network link. Two would be twice as slow. That's why it's limited to one.

    Yeah, I noticed that while transferring one it like lags the On Demand menus like crazy to the point where it's unusable.

    On that note, is there a way to "pause" the transfer? I couldn't find an option.
