Advertisements One of my Tivos can't process the update. I'm sure the hard drive is bad and will need to be replaced. We're not ready to replace either the drive or the Tivo yet. The Tivo boots itself every night trying to install 9.1, which it can't do, plus it gives us the animation screen most times when we try to use it the first time after it has tried to update. Is there any way we can get Tivo to take back this update and not send us another one until we're able to take care of our problem?
