Can I create a Moca network with my existing in-wall coax? The one the TV signal comes through? Or do I need to install dedicated coax cables for it? Thanks for your help!

MoCA was designed to be used in the existing in-wall cable.

If you were going to pull new wires, just pull cat6.

Using the same coax that is already installed is the whole point of MoCA. It uses a higher frequency than the signals your cable company uses, so they can coexist on the same lines without any interference.
