Cachecard-Service unavailable

    I have been using a cachecard successfully for about a year. I recently moved the Tivo and replaced the cover, and now when it tries to connect over the network, I am getting a "service unavailable" message and then it does not connect. I have the right dialing instructions in, which has worked in the past. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
