Advertisements I bought a cablecard from Comcast roughly 18 months ago and the install went off without a hitch. I recently moved 3 months ago and since then I can't receive HD channels. With everything else going on, and dreading making a call, I haven't resolved the issue yet. Does anyone have a suggestion with how I should deal with calling Comcast? Any tips? My assumption is I call them, give them the CableCard number info, and they can activate it. But my Comcast Warning Light is going off, and I'm concerned it won't be that easy.
