Advertisements I purchased a new BOLT+ and shortly after setup, it intermittently started having problems connecting to the TiVo service (error C115). Basic and extensive troubleshooting has been done with multiple techs in the Philippines. Eventually a second new BOLT+ was sent to me as an exchange with the EXACT same issues. Note that the XL4 and the HD which I also have do not cause this issue. Initially I was told that a software update would correct the problem. It did not. I am now being told that it's a "trend" with the number TRD000765. I am also being told that 23 other customers are having the same issue. Assuming TiVo has sold more that 24 BOLT+ machines, I am damn unlucky in receiving TWO new dysfunctional machines. Additionally, I am told to be "patient" as engineers are working on the issue - and of course, I am being told this since July 30th. Is anyone else having this problem and if so, was it ever resolved?
