America's favorite family is back. :)

They do really need to just stop going to restaurants in large groups, though.

    LOL so very true.

I really thought this was a nice solid episode. I am excited for the season.

Anyone else out there watching it?

Awesome episode. That Mexican restaurant scene was classic.

Wonder why Joe wants to rush into the divorce. Could he be seeing someone else?

And this is the only show I know of that can take such a serious moment and give it the respect it deserves.

Talk about a misleading preview, though. Justin doesn't die.

They really should not get together as a family outside the house. :D

Sen. McAllister -- RUN! Run away as fast as you can! Go find Ainsley Hayes and canoodle with her!

Re Sarah and Joe -- you know what's going to happen next, right? You don't need a spoiler to know what always happens after a session of "this-really-isn't-a-good-idea" sex.

Great show and a very good premier. This is one of the few I try to watch live. Thoughts so far:
    - Flockhart isn't aging very well
    - Viva Laughlin needs to flop quickly so that the Reverend Boyfriend can return from Malaysia :D
    - I'm a fan of mama Walker, but the whole "my son is in Iraq so finish eating and let us have this table" speech was a bit much.

The best part was the widow and mistress at the grave watching a younger woman approach with flowers. Universal jealousy.

Indeed. High-definition is definitely not kind to Calista.

I agree and notice that virtually nobody over 16 ages particularly well on HDTV. And I shudder to think what I or we would look like!

Nevertheless, even when Mama is outrageous in a restaurant (and I've known some people who could be like her, so it's not outta the park for me) I continue to look forward to this show and give it 5      !
