Yes but if this show can manage to get back on track and somehow get a renewal she'll be back. House is ending and they wrote her out of this show with an easy back in if she chooses.

Interesting. Thanks for posting. Based on that link, it sounds like the changes to the Oz character were not network notes, but done by the show's producers. I think that was a big mistake. They didn't need Oz to be "more accessible." They needed him to remain a powerful, mysterious figure that seemed to always know everything that was going on in his business.

This exactly. The best part of this show was Oz pulling the strings of his flunkies. Now, it's just not the same. Plus I find Megan Mullaney annoying. I do like her assistant though, and if they just brought her in, that might have worked better for me.

Still, it's funny enough to keep me watching, but down a notch from last season.

I just realized. They brought in a woman to be boss on Human Target and look what happened. :(

Exactly this. MM is extremely annoying and I FF most of her scenes. I like her assistant though.

It was a mistake for the exact reason Steveknj states but making Oz "more accessible" or "relatable" sounds exactly like something the network would want.

I just read this. Not surprised but really unhappy. As much as I was not loving the show with the changes this season I was just happy to have my Slater fix. :(

I wouldn't be surprised if Fox decides to burn off the rest of the episodes on Sunday nights starting in June (instead of burning off I Hate My Teenage Daughter episodes two at a time).

There's also Fox's literal graveyard of sitcoms - Saturday night at midnight.
