Brand new BOLT+ bricks on initial update

    The Bolt+ came up first time out of the box, took the wifi setup and then went to get an update. Box has not come up since. Reboots continuously. Get the Tivo splash screen for a few seconds, then blank, then repeats.

    Is there a way to reset this unit to factory configuration and try again or is warranty support the only solution?
