I just got back from a week out of town and my Bolt is running very slowly. Last night it was okay, but tonight it takes 30+ seconds just to pull up a show from My Shows. There is a spinning wheel until the show is brought up. Also takes a long time to go from recorded episode to info/play screen. I did a reboot, connected to TiVo service 3 times, and checked the Ethernet connection.

Internet is running fine/fast, no problems on other devices. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?

    Thank you

Blame it on the Tivo servers, something must be down.

Thanks, that’s what I thought too, but you never know. First time I’ve seen it happen.

Slow is right. I've been trying to play a show for the last 10 minutes. The Blue Circle of Death is really on it's game tonight.

If it is still happening, you can try pulling the network cable. You should be able to play local shows faster and you should get placeholders on the images. You won't be able to do searches though. I haven't tried it on 20.7.4 but that is how it worked before.

Once the TiVo servers recover, you can reconnect the ethernet as the requests your TiVo is making won't be timing out anymore.

Appears to have been resolved at some point overnight.
