Advertisements We moved to Florida, have Spectrum, and learned from our neighbor that we could use TiVo instead of Spectrum's DVR. We had TiVo for many years before, so were delighted and got a Bolt. Now, not so delighted. We're so happy to have the remote back, but the Bolt doesn't seem to interact with the Spectrum program guide. You can record from the Guide (the grid of what's coming up today), but it is not recording our OnePass items consistently. We have talked to both TiVo and Spectrum--card is paired, have restarted, repeated Guided StartUp, made sure they removed the old programming, etc. Suggestions for how to make this work? The TiVo people are lovely, and very sorry we are having a problem, but other than having us reconnect multiple times, are unable to help. The Spectrum people are lovely, but also unable to solve the problem. Help!
