How did you get that from what I wrote? That is not even close to what I was saying.

I think Dick is just a friend to his kids when he should actually be a father. And since he is like 45 but acts 25 I would not be surprised if he tried to hit on her friends.

sorry...I quoted your response by mistake... I meant to click 'reply'... it's just me saying it.. :) and yes. I think Dick is going to be the most compassionate one among them and everything he says about life would make sense.

i reeeeeeeealy hate to get in the middle, esp. based on what others have said, and i'm not saying your instincts are wrong but i do have a knack for seeing both sides so wanted to point this out.

What IF..just IF,'s something bad the daughter did that she is so embarrassed at she cries when she sees him. Extreme example, what if she ran over her mother while being drunk? No it's not that, but i'm just trying to show there may be another side here.

And I'm wondering also if certain viewers at home have had bad things happen to them and applied it to this situation when they saw the same reaction? They may or not be right.

I have to say - I don't care much for Evil Dick - unfortunately based on other things that I saw during the After Dark broadcast - BUT -

I would say - don't rush to judgment - because something is far MORE off about his daughter - and we may or may not ever find out what the truth is of that relationship - but my gut tells me it has much more to do with her than it does to do with him...

    Ft. Thomas,...
Do we think Big Bro is going to allow the sub-21 yr. old to drink? I know there was some champagne in Ep 1, but if they allow her free access to provided booze aren't they asking for trouble (legal and/or PR)? What are the chances ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) "cops" come in and shut them down?

Anyone remember that commercial for a fake reality show...where the couple was forced to live in a "small house"...

What was that for, Geico??? I thought of it immediately when they saw that room, but couldn't remember the damn commercial.

"Tiny House" by Geico. Hilarious commercial. And I also thought of it when we saw the beds. :D

Yeah, Joe's gonna be the contestant everyone loves to hate this year. Unfortunately, I suspect one of them (Dustin/Joe) will be leaving very early.

This should be a good season. Maybe not quite as good as Flavor of Love, but pretty good still. ;)

    Back From...
Season 4 had a girl who was 19. She wasn't allowed to drink. I'm sure CBS has already told this new girl to lay off the booze too. Her problem is that she's pretending she's old enough. I guess she'll have to tell the other HG that she's a tee-totaler or something.

I like your whole list but I think this one is wrong. Jen will be the slut, she's just way too impressed with herself. Jessica is the ditz.

Much agreed - Joe is quite annoying. It does seem the three 'enemies' got the short end of the stick. I think Joe should have been in the enemy room... not Dustin.
Oh, and WOW - with the big G chat so early on. That's probably a great way to turn strangers into pals. :( I sooo wanted Dustin to call that out when he met the others.

I think Eric seems a nice enough guy. Hopefully that's enough to keep him under the radar for a while, as another said. We want America's Toy to hang around for a long time. Only wish it had been Nick! :)

I like Evil Dick and hope he will be on the show all the way!

Also made me wondering why Nick asked Dick to join him in the shower!

    Might as...
I think I'm going to like this season. :)

Evil Dick rubs me the wrong way. I just don't like the guy (and his attitude in general).

Joe is going to annoy the hell out of me.

If Dustin calms down, I'll *probably* be able to like him.

That being said, what are the odds that we'll be able to get America's player to make out with Dustin and/or Joe? ;)

I'm with you on that one! I thought it was a bit cheesy and the whole America's Player I thought was a bit contrived. No one can do it as good as Dr. Will. No one.
