Big Brother 8 - 7/17/07

I pretty much laughed out loud at Zach's comment to Jameka about how she finally said something to him, because when I saw her this episode I had temporarily forgotten that she was in the house! They're just not showing much of her.
Was quite an interesting study in passive agressiveness going on in the kitchen.
Also, I've agreed with Dick so far more than I thought I would except for when he interrupted Jen when she was trying to apologize to Amber. In my opinion he was bullying her because she bullied Amber.

 

You know how we played the drinking game with Jen's I and me statments? We need to add Amber's crying in the DR to that.

This was a good episode. Jen is just HORRIBLE. How dare she threaten people like that. I would have told her to F off and let me play the game I want to play and not play the game SHE wants me to play. It was great to see her threats backfire as she tried it on Joe. "If you don't take out Danielle and Dick I'll put up someone close to you." "But Jen, no one is close to me." LOL. I guess that truely goes to show how much Jen only sees herself.

It was PRICELESS seeing Jen walk in on Danielle and Nick and run back up to the HOH room to announce Nick was going up. She is so shallow. Joe will probably be gone this week. I know I wanted him out last week, but he's grown a bit on me. But between Dick and Joe, I'd rather see Joe gone.

And I noticed how they're making the America's Player part harder. To me, he can succesfully complete a task by actively pushing for Jessica's eviction, by actually crawling into bed with Joe, by actually voting for who we pick. But now they can't be marked as complete unless the HOH actually puts up Jessica, Joe had to throw him out of bed and now everyone has to vote out that person. That blows.

 

I have to say the I dislike Joe a little less every show. too bad he's leaving.

Everytime Amber cries, an Indy gets it's wings!

 

I think Jen Amber is the biggest crier in the history of Big Brother.

Someone, anyone...nominate her and vote her ass out.

I thought for a second that Daniele was going to save Dick. Wouldn't have been a bad move. I believe she would be safe among the voters and it would have drove Jen crazy.

Speaking of Jen, I have to say she doesn't let Dick get to her. Which in turn probably drives him crazy. And speaking of Daniele, does anyone else think she looks tranny-ish? Her jawline and chin are very masculine.

And what's with Nick? Professing all those feeling. He just freakin' met the girl! I believe she's playing him. It was nice to hear that the only person she does trust is her dad. Let's hope Joe is gone so they have more time in the house.

 

I really, really hated Joe at first, but he has grown on me. That said, I like Evil way more, so I have to vote Joe for eviction. Too bad, though, would have loved to see Jen or Amber go home ASAP.

My wife and I are so tired of Amber. A major reason for that is the constant crying and the playing up of her being a single mom. That shouldn't be a continuous factor in anything. Plus, they show her all the time on the Showtime show and she is very annoying...

 

Good episode.

And Jen didn't "make her cry." Just because someone cries after you say something to them, doesn't it make it your fault. What Jen said was pretty blunt and maybe even threatening, but Amber crying seemed like an overreaction.

OK I am going to fill you all in on something because BB felt the need not to show it to you. When Jen went downstairs and looked and Danielle and Nick she told the room she was going down there and if Nick was in Danielle's bed he was going up. Not really sure why they twisted it this way.

 

This show I was finally able to put my finger on yet another thing about Jen that drives me crazy. She speaks through her nose - kind of nasally. Now it grates on me every time she opens her mouth to talk about her self

 

How perfect was it that Jen won the unitard? While it would have been a punishment for anyone else, she loved it. She is completely nuts.

 

GREAT episode! Loved the 7? way fight! Danielle vs. Jen! Dick vs. Jen! Joe vs. Mike! Joe vs. Jen! Jameeka vs. Zach(Wtf?)! Hell throw Jen threatening Dustin and Amber in there to make it 9! BB at its best

The Jen stare at Danielle and Nick was great too.

Also, Joe has gotten a TINY bit better in my book but i still think he's kind of too much of an ass and Dick is the better choice to stay in....can't we just throw out Zack already??
