    People's...
Well being on the spot, the simplest thing is who are you most comfortable with. Thinking moves ahead at that point wasn't in the cards and besides you needed the consent of the other to become a duo unless you were the last pair.

You NEVER open Pandora's box! Duh! Now Porche's best move is to nominate Adam and Shelly and hope one of them (or Kalia or Porche) wins veto so she can replace them with Rachel and Jordan. If they don't win veto, the vote will be 2-1 for Shelly to leave.

It doesn't matter who she nominates. There are 3 teams left. Her and Kalia (safe) Shelly and Adam and Rachel and Jordan. So only 2 teams can go up. It only matters who wins POV. Rachel and Jordan are safe only if they win POV it doesn't matter if they are originally nominated or not.

What if Rachel wanted to pair up with Porsche and Jordan wanted to pair up with Kalia? That was my initial reaction if I was either of them.

I'd like to think that if I was her and the game was pretty much in my control and I knew that I was making that decision for only $5k that I would not take it. I'd also like to think that I would know the producers would want to do something to shake up the house and in this case, do whatever they can to help Rachael and Jordan...and not take it.

I think if Shelly was smart or cared like she said she did about her "friends", she would have flipped back over to Jordan, Rachel, and Adam after Jeff was evicted.

She would have stood an equal shot for the prize on either side of the fence, and partially mended another fence in the process.

Jordan is beatable because she won before, and didn't do much this season
Rachel is beatable because nobody likes her. at. all.
Adam is beatable because he is floater who hasn't won anything.
Porsche is beatable because she was a floater for a long time and didn't win much
Kalia is beatable because she was mostly a sock-puppet so far.

Also, I really hate people get caught in a lie and they have the nerve to act angry about it.

everyone keeps saying that Adam never won anything, he won POV. Even though Jeff didn't try to win, Adams toss was pretty good and I'm not sure Jeff would have beat him had he been trying.

Wouldn't they have to agree to team up with them too? Otherwise wouldn't it be the first person to blurt out that they wanted to be Porsches partner also get immunity for the week?

I loved Porsche speech about "it's what Danny would have wanted"....Why on earth would you ever make such a stupid comment. All you did was solidify yourself as a Danny puppet.

You are misrepresenting this. Shelly came into the game WANTING to be a good role model and not lie. Then as she got further into the game, she started to realize exactly what you said...you need to lie in her situation (not be good at competitions, and being aligned with an unbreakable duo). So, she started to lie to her alliance and clearly felt bad doing it (because she knew her daughter was watching) and felt bad for hurting Jeff and Jordan.

You are acting like Shelly talked about her integrity, then lied, then continued to talk as if she played with integrity and never lied. She's not doing that. She's admitted she lied and feels bad about it, but realizes it was either lie in the context of a game, or lose the game. If she gets to the end of the game and says "I never lied or betrayed anyone, I played with perfect integrity", then I'm 100% with you...but she's not doing that.

And how can you "have no problem with the lying because it is part of the game" but you "don't respect hypocrites"? Neither one are good. And hypocrisy is part of the game too. Heck, if you claim lying is bad in real life, but fine in the game, then that is a form of hypocrisy. Most former HG's and many viewers claim lying is bad in real life, but fine in the game...but when Shelly claims that, why is it hypocrisy only for her? Sure she may be more vocal about lying being bad in real life because she has a young child watching her (most HG's are so young every season, that many don't have kids watching them)...but if you ask other lying HG's I'm sure they'd tell you lying is bad in real life.

Plus, Jeff demonstrated hypocrisy. Claiming many times how he can't stand leaving floaters in the game (he even said this in private discussions with Jordan, so we know it was just game-talk to influence other's votes)...yet, every chance he had he kept floater safe in order to evict more threatening players.

Actually, that's exactly what she did. And she did it incessantly. She and Kalia often compete to fill gaps in conversation with the sound of their own voices. Kalia, with the mundane details of her own life. Shelly, with a lecture on how one should play this game and why she is an upstanding example of a BB citizen. It wasn't until last week, due to a confluence of factors, not the least of which was the DR getting in her ear, that she changed her patter.

No one is free from hypocrisy, or any of the other venial sins one can commit inside that house. But, Shelly achieved Maggie (BB6) levels of self-righteousness and condemnation of sinners. Couple that with an ungoverned flow of sugary praise for all things Jeff and Jordan, and you've got a pretty unpleasant character.

Isn't that what she's been doing in the diary room all season long? She constantly berates other house guests for being liars in the diary room, when she has been doing the exact same thing. That's why I've never been able to stand her. I don't mind the manipulation and the lying, but just OWN it.
I have no problem with Jeff going home, either. His game is not suited to win, and his constant banter about "people need to start playing!" gets real old.

I'm finding myself rooting for Rachel right now, even though I've loathed her throughout her two seasons with a passion. I'm sure if she wins, and we see Brendan at the finale, I'll be reminded why I've despised her in the past and completely change my tune.

If Porsche had not opened Pandora's Box, I bet the producers would have just re-sprung the twist on the House anyway. Keep the game interesting, regardless. I was really saddened to read from multiple sources that the producers actually talk to the HGs in the DR and give them advice/etc. I wish they would just let them play, and if the producers want to nudge the game, do it so that "no one" (ie, players and audience) knows.
