HANK AND GOMIE!!! I almost squealed I was so happy. Here's to them both being in the show until the end now.

As for this episode, wow. A lot happened. "It's not about what you want. When you're in, you're in". Nacho makes me sad. He wants out so badly and he knows it's never happening. His dad is so stubborn, I feel he's not going to make it to the series end. And what that will mean for Nacho can't be great news, especially knowing we don't see him in BB.

The thing with Kim and the old man. I really thought when she went back there, she'd find him dead or something. I'm not sure how much better that outcome was. He's just not buying anything anyone says. I do wonder why this is important for the show/story. Guess we'll see!

Also someone refresh my memory, in BB was Domingo Hank's CI? I know they had that entire shoot out with his car that Jesse barely escaped but the details are fuzzy now.

The more I think about it, the more it's coming back to me about Hank and Domingo. They had an inside man when they raided the house and Tuco thought it was Jesse because he was next door when it happened. I need to watch BB again. So much of that first season is a bit fuzzy in my brain.

Yes, great to see Hank again!

As for Kim and the old Man, it’s probably time for a scam involving Saul to get him to move :)

I can see Kim being a bit cranky, ABQ to Tucumari is ~450 miles RT.

I did enjoy watching Saul pull the con on Hank and Gomie (who is looking, well, several years older).

And speaking of people getting older... the old man in Tucumcari... I recognized him as Barry Corbin (Maurice from Northern Exposure). I guess I hadn't seen him in a few years.

Could anyone see what was on the photo that Mike wanted taken down at the bar?

    Google says.
A neat call back that is likely missed by most. Myself included.

I'm hoping it's discussed at length in the BCS podcast.

I was fascinated that they went to that degree of sound editing on that open.

I wonder how long it took them to train the ants:D. Can you imagine the number of takes it took to get that scene.

Well, they've got to get rid of Kim somehow. I suspect this is part of their exit strategy.

It's just amazing to me how much younger some of these people are going to look a couple of years from now! :D

I think the importance is in his calling her out, she'll say anything to make herself feel better. It seems like she should be better, but time and time again, we've seen her slip into Jimmy/Saul type behavior. But she doesn't want to think she's the same.

But we don't know this. I felt what she said to him was sincere. Do we have any reason to think the story of her childhood was made up?

I’m re-watching BB now (recorded from the AMC Marathon)
Tuco knew that Krazy 8 was the snitch (Lalo knows, so he probably told Tuco), it was Emilio (who was caught, and released on bail) that thought Jessie was the snitch.
    Here’s a summary: Emilio Koyama

Of course we don't know. I'm speculating like anyone else, that makes sense to me based on all we've seen from Kim in the series. She has joined in on cons and lies in the past.

I thought this was pretty good -Bob Odenkirk's take on Saul and where from here.

hmmm I disagree. I don't think she's anywhere near making "Saul" things up on her own. She's only ever done it after being nudged by Jimmy.
