So..............is Starbuck right? How 'bout those Centorions!
I really like the conflict among the Cylons. Great drama. The different aspect of the always eminently watchable Six is interesting. Clearly model Tricia Helfer was an unexpected find as an actress.
Tricia Helfer rocks.
I thought this episode was great actually. I loved that Adama is sending Starbuck out to find earth, it was the most logical decision and would have annoyed me to no end if he didn't.
I thought it was a good solid episode.
This frakking show actually made me cry.
Three things --
Cavil - "At least I'm machine enough to admit I'm wrong."
Cavil - "Say what?!"
Roslin looks like Loretta Lynn.
And, oh yeah, solid episode moving things forward.
One thing bugs me though. Why haven't the "new 4" sought "Boomer's" advice?
She's a cylon denying her programming just like they want to be.
A very good episode. I enjoyed it.
Loved Lee's line to Dee "Looks like you got the House"
Looks like we have the start to a Cylon Civil War! Guess when the other Cylon's boxed the D'annas they left themselves open to tie votes. Should have thought that through a little more.
I hope the the producers can continue this through the end of the Season. We may have a good ending yet.
I think they are still trying to figure out how to handle this themselves. Beside, Athena has become a member of the crew, revealing themselves to be Cylons to Athena would be just as bad as revealing it to Adama.
i've watched the entire show on DVD for the first time in the last 2 months and have been loving it... even all the stand alone episodes that i have heard others complain about...
but - this episode threw me for a loop
everybody seemed out of character
i was confused
Best show on TV reclaims it's throne with that episode. When one plot line wraps up, two more start up. Fantastic drama and the quickest hour I've ever spent.
interesting that certain cylons want to make other cylons back into 'toasters' that don't think so they can control them... didn't see that twist coming but it has already shown to be a great plot device, i thought the 2 shows so far have been excellent!
They don't want to be thrown off the ship. Boomer is loyal to Galactica.
No question they can't reveal themselves yet.
I like where they're going. The original Centurians must have been sentient in order to rebel and go to war with the colonies. Apparently the skin-jobs have been repressing that sentience. Six really opened a pandora's box by removing that inhibitor thingy.
Exactly! I would never remove my inhibitions were I around Six. Gawd knows what would happen...
Six: They're not here to vote!
Were there a lot of audio glitches (brief partial second dropouts) in the broadcast?
There were in mine w/the 7 pm showing. I receive the east coast feed in the west coast via DirecTV.
This doesn't happen regularly w/anything I receive and I think has hardly ever (or never) happened w/BSG eps on Sci Fi channel.
Noticed the same thing. Also west coast DirecTV.
Nobody has brought up Baltar seeing an "apparition" of Baltar.
We have seen Balter seeing apparitiond of Six. Six seeing apparitions of Baltar, but Baltar seeing apparitions Baltar???
"Oh My God! Oh my Giddy-Og!"
What are the apparitions?
Also, did anyone notice that Baltar had an apple in his hand when he sat down to talk to Roslyn's assistant Tori? Was that a metaphor for temptation? When he pulled the line out of his butt, about the cacophony of noise filtering into a song, or a single melody (ie the song four out of the remaining 5 heard) it seemed to touch a nerve with Tori.
Will this help her find salvation, or lead her to a path of darkness?
