"..... and you'll have Walter back"
I guess when he's done with this Plan there will be no need to keep him captive and "unharmed"
Whatever that means.
Oh man, I was confused. I was thinking Walter was Ollie's dad.
Nope, the Step Dad
Yes, Robert was his dad (not sure why that stuck in my mind).
Because that's the name used in the comic book?
Speaking about the episode, I'm still enjoying the series.
Oliver can't fully connect with his family because of the secrets he's keeping but he is trying to connect with them with the Christmas party.
And not only does Ollie have his head handed to him, it's by Malcolm Merlyn!
At least has come to the realization that the list is far more complicated than he thought.
I do wonder how many "motorcycle accidents" can he have to explain his injuries.
Shoutouts included "the corner of O'Neill and Adams" as well as "Green Arrow", "Lame".
Still Ollie, you might like "Green Arrow" better once you grow a goatee and start using a real mask.
No, that wasn't it...
I figure it is because he knows someone named Rob that reminds him of that guy.
This episode was preempted here by the Rock and Roll Dinosaurs Concert For Hurricane Sandy Victims. Guess I'll look for it online.
It's airing Saturday night (12/15) at 8pm.
I absolutely LOVED the corner of O'Neil and Adams. I had to rewind just to hear it again.
Where do you see that- is it just your local channel? I don't see it listed anywhere.
The CW website appears to have the episode online.
Sorry, yea in the Philly market. The local CW site had a notice up about the repeat due to the preemption.
Capt. Jack Harkness! Another baddie...
I just watched it online.
This has become my favorite new 2012 program.
I guess none of the doctors asked why a motorcycle victim had two fresh arrow wounds in his back.
I hope something interesting comes from the Tommy/Laurel subplot because right now it isn't interesting at all.
I don't care if Green Arrow is lame. It's better than the Hood.
I think the show is much better than most of the Fall season, I just wish it was on a better channel so the picture was better.
If I was going to be an arrow shooting vigilante, I'd at least look into lining my outfit with kevlar.
I suspect that it will.
I don't think Kevlar is effective at stopping sharp-tipped arrows. Anything with a sharpened point or edge will tend to cut through the Kevlar (bullets tend to be blunter than arrows, so the bullets get stopped).
Perhaps it's a Kevlar like fabric developed by Wayne Tech that's more resistant to tearing.
