Well, that was....something. Kudos to them for not having a fake-out with Ollie not really dead, I guess? But that was a big ball of meh. To have a series finale that barely has the star of the show in it seems problematic, but they hamstrung themselves with the whole Crisis thing.

I don't know---I liked how they dealt with Oliver's death...I especially liked seeing all the cameos (like Sara, Kara and Barry) and all the people that the new multiverse has caused to be resurrected...

I was surprised, though, that they didn't deal with getting Laurel and Dinah to 2040...

In last weeks 2040 episode, didn't Dinah say something like she woke up post-crisis and all record or her was gone. But in this episode, which was post-crisis, she was set to be police chief and her life seemed pretty intact.

She said that after Oliver's funeral, she woke up in 2040.

Since she didn't say "Right after", I think that gives her a little time to decide not to take the Chief's job and go somewhere where they needed a crimefighter more.

I figure if the show gets picked up they will do some kind of backstory episode to make it all make sense.

I liked it. It was good seeing so many characters from previous seasons returning. I would have liked to see older William in this episode meeting his younger self and Felicity, but I understand why they couldn't do that. All in all I thought it was a fitting end to the show.

Now that Diggle is in Metropolis, will we be seeing him in the new Superman series?

Part of the mystery - who took her and transported her to 2040?

There also rumors that they’re looking at a limited run Brandon Routh Superman series for HBO Max, after his return to the character in Crisis went over so well with fans.
