I apologize for not coming back to this thread sooner. I wasn't getting notifications for this thread. I've seen one report of this from CS and we have sent out a replacement remote. If that was not you, please do call support and we will send you a new remote. As an FYI, I am going to be on vacation for two weeks so I will be unresponsive again.
