Any way to reach ANY TiVo supervisor with ANY authority? !!!

    I explained to "TiVo Ted" an issue and asked for help. I've had some crazy Cancer surgery and don't speak well. I try to do everything with TEXT, CHAT and emails. I asked, waited 12 days and asked again thinking he maybe overlooked the 'conversation'. It's been 3 days since I asked again. I was a bit disappointed ..................................

    I'd say I was quite respectful in my request and had a reasonable reason to ask. Maybe he thinks NOT!!!

    don't give up yet, he may still be of help. when messaging margret, many times she only responded when she needed more info, and still forwarded the issue to be resolved. maybe someone else has dropped the ball (see Clock off in Roamio by 2 minutes).

    You have unreasonable expectations. This is not a support site for Rovi/TiVo corporate, it's a user site. Anything Tivo Ted does here is above and beyond his actual job responsibilities.

    Not as bad as the OP - Cable "I installed long after return period" NeverTHISBad - though.

    Suckered you into my 'sarcasm' - REALLY? was an intended sarcastic response! I didn't mention expecting anything but a poster mentioned to another (who you chose to included me in the grouping) that he maybe reach out to 'TiVoTed' - I only mentioned being 'disappointed' after I had - I didn't mention expecting a thing.

    THANK YOU TO EVERYONE HERE WHO OFFERED YOUR KNOWLEDGEABLE ADVICE! IT JUST NOW STARTED WORKING! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!

    Another member with an update bricked mini told me his suddenly started working yesterday. I just rebooted mine and 7 months into my 1st yr TiVo subscription my system just worked for the very 1st time!

    I had pretty much resigned myself that the "were working on it, ...no timeline for repair" mantra from TiVo CS was just a brush off. But apparently the engineers were actually working on it. Thank you, TiVo!

    I guess I will have to change my moniker now that my "unreasonable expectations" of my mini(s) working have been realized! Cool!
