Android show download not working after Marshmallow update

    I have a Galaxy Tab, and have been using the TiVo Android app for a few months now without issue. My main use case is to download a bunch of sports talk shows that I play on my long WiFi-free commute every day.

    A few days ago, I updated my Tab to Marshmallow (6.0.1 to be specific), and downloads no longer work. The full show downloads (progress bar takes 5-10 minutes to get to 100%), but then just shows an error message "Download failed. Try again. Error 56 : 7" and won't let me play the show back on my device.

    I've tried searching around for the error message, but its fairly generic and so far have had no luck. Anyone else see this / have an idea of how to resolve?

    Exact same problem here on a Samsung Tab Edge S2. Downloading worked fine until the Marshmallow update. Now it's completely broken and programs download almost until the end, at which point I also get the "Download Failed" and Error 56:7. It's likely a Samsung issue, like the last update before Marshmallow which killed playing songs on Google Play longer than 10 minutes. It took them almost 9 months to fix that (all the while denying that it was their fault). I suspect it's the same nonsense here.
