I am needing to replace the Spectrum provided amplified splitter with a MoCA enabled one and am looking at these two choices. Can anyone advise me if one or both of them are appropriate for my TiVo system? (Two Bolts, three Minis - soon will be adding a fourth Mini) Full disclosure...I already have the first one on hand but will return it if the second one is the better choice.

    Thanks!

    I'd use what I had.

Check your TV Signal Level at the TiVo and the DOCSIS Signal reported by your Modem.

As long as they're within the 'green', you should be fine.

Then, check your MoCA Power Levels on each MoCA Device.

Thanks. I will go ahead and install. As for checking the signals, honestly that is a bit over my pay grade and experience level. I will install and see what happens.

Log in to your router. The login info is likely on a label on the side of the router. Find the info about the connection.

TiVo reports it's Cable signal levels in the System Info page.

The MoCA info is in the TiVo Network Diagnostics screen.
