With last night's two eliminations what does that say about the show's demographics?

Please tell us... I'm not sure it's any different than any other year! What bad singer has won this show? Thanks.

The ones chosen were pretty much who I would have picked. I'm an old, white woman. Is that the audience?

Substitute “adolescent” for “old” - that’s the audience.

That’s why cutest boy Laine Hardy is in real danger of winning despite being one of the least-deserving.

I’m not sure about demographics, specifically voting demographics, but it tells us that the top 7 that were voted through the week before were still likely the top 7.

I was good with the choices last night. I wish I had known it was airing at 5pm PT and that voting would be finished before the end of the show. It would have been nice to cast a vote or two. My tops are Jeremiah, Walker, Madison, and Alejandro.

They keep saying Madison is as good as Kelly Clarkson was. I think she's much better than Kelly was at this stage of the competition. The talent in general this year has been insane.

    Love Madison.

Is it just me, or is Ryan Secrest a little weird this year? He just seems off and he's not on there as much as usual. And then there was the time he didn't show at all.

As he gets older, he's trying to act and dress younger and hipper. It doesn't work.

He has to know that Bobby Bones is just a slightly younger version of him ready to take over.

While this is definitely true, Uche did himself no favors with his "woe is me" act last week. Dimitrius has been the least talented for a few weeks now and was on borrowed time. All that said, boy, do I hate Disney week.

Wow, I couldn't disagree more about Dimitirus being the least talented. I thought he was easily the best singer out of the entire top twenty. The only other person who even comes close is Madison.

Madison is clearly the winner, but I like Laine better than either one of the other guys who are supposed to be so awesome.

I think they saved the wrong person last night.

Good thing I read your post--I forgot about the save and turned it off when they announced the final 4. Agree--wrong one. Funny how Ryan almost couldn't get Katie to announce it before the show ended. :)

I was relatively happy with the results last night. I'm hoping
Laine is the first to go. I'm surprised he's gotten as far as he has, but not nearly as surprised by the fact that Wade made it to the top six, but Jeremiah didn't.

I'd be happy with either of the other two remaining contestants winning.

Agreed. I'm stunned that Laine is still around but teen girls love him and it is a popularity contest.

Madison and Alejandro are definitely in a higher class. The girl they kicked off a long time ago who was into Chris Isaak was much better than any of the other three who made the top five. Couldn’t stand Wade’s singing - it seemed like an affectation.

It was. When they showed him rehearsing with Rebel Wilson, he sounded perfectly normal.
