Amazon download error message

    When I try to download a movie from Amazon, I have successfully established my account, I constantly get the message stating, "This device cannot support the format requested". I am trying to download to a TiVo Premiere XL attached to a Vizio HD television. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I may need to do to get it fixed??:(
