Amazon app crashing

    The last couple of times I've tried to watch an Amazon movie, I've gotten a low bandwidth message and whether I click yes or no, the screen blanks and the only way I can get the TiVo to work is by power cycling. Bandwidth is fine, other apps streaming just fine. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions?

    We watched a couple of movies over the past couple of days with no issues. However, our Tivo has been rebooted a couple of times due to power blackouts lately. Don't know if you want to try rebooting and see if that helps.

    I have found a reboot of my router usually clears up these issues. But sometimes I also reboot both the the modem and the bolt. At least the bolt seems to reboot quicker than previously released units

    I had that exact same issue with the Amazon app once this weekend. Though after rebooting the problem went away and didn't come back. Though I don't use the Amazon app a lot, so not sure if it would replicate if I used it more (I mostly use Netflix)
