all apps stopping

    Hey everyone, newbie here and in need of help. I have a Tivo Bolt about a year old. I have had this problem for about 6 months. I will be streaming a tv show and all of a sudden it just stops, screen goes black and eventually I get a message that my video can't play now and to please try again later. At this point , none of my apps will open. I have to reset the box to get the apps to come back. I called Tivo about 2 weeks ago and they couldn't figure out what was wrong so they replaced the box. Well, guess what? The new box does the same thing!!!!! I have checked everything on my end and came up empty. I run my box off of a cat5 cable directly to a Comcast high speed gateway and I have an average connection of 190 mbs. I have even replaced the cat5 cable and tried running the box wirelessly, nothing works. Anybody have this problem or have any ideas on how to fix it?
