    Hi folks..

I've been fighting with my Series 2 for a day now and CAN'T add channels. I went to the settings and the channels I want to add don't even show up! I also tried to reset and do the guided channel setup and still chns 101, 102 aren't showing up (even though there are programs I want to watch on those channels).

how the heck can I just goto ch 101 and select "add this channel to my normal lineup" kind of thing?

this is rediculous! I have better channel options on my 1973 RCA TV!!!

    Potato and pen.
If I have this riight, unless you're using a cable box, a Series 1 or 2 TiVo has no way of recording channels over 99. Its tuner won't go up that high.

In most cases (if not all), channels above 99 are digital cable channels anyway, and you'd need a cable box to get those if you have a Series 1 or 2 TiVo.

Technically, I think that any device capable of viewing/recording analog cable TV can receive analog channels 1-125, but yes, anything higher than 99 is digital on most cable systems.
