As usual, I find myself disgusted with TiVo customer service... After purchasing a Roamio on eBay, setting it up and successful switching the lifetime to my account, I found that everything works fine except transferring. After multiple calls to TiVo they finally escalated my issue and now I am waiting... Both of my Roamios "see" each other. They can play each others programs. I have restarted, refreshed my WiFi network and forced many calls/connections. And of course, i have waited patently because customer support says it can take a while. It's been 5 days now... What's Happening: My network is hardwired. I am not trying to transfer copyright protected recordings. Both my Roamios show up on the TiVo home page under my account. However, under "Device Preferences," the new TiVo does NOT show up. TiVo says that they can see it and video sharing is enabled. When I try to transfer from my new TiVo to my old TiVo, I get the "program not found" error. But, like I said, I can watch the program I am trying to transfer with no issue. When I try to transfer from my old to my new TiVo, I get the message that it will transfer when the other transfer are finished. I have no "other" transfers, and the requested transfer just stays in my To Do list. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
