Account not activated / Account Already Active - Huh?

    Hi guys.

    I have an S3 that I set up two days ago. On the box, there was a sticker indicating that the account was already active. When I go to the TiVo website, I am told that the account is already active as well. However, when I go to the settings page on the TiVo itself, is says that the account is not yet active, and I am on day 2 of 5 (I assume of free service or something).

    Am I missing something here?? I've forced a dozen calls, and got the Spring 2007 update, however, I am not able to get the broadband content up and running (I want to watch SOMETHING while I wait on the cable guy)...I assume this won't be active until the unit thinks it's active.

    Any thoughts?

    It should have updated your Tivo by now, if it does not do so by at least Monday a call to Tivo would be in order to correct the problem

    I ended up calling TiVo (as I had nothing better to do), and it turns out that my TSN was incorrect on my account. The CSR nailed on the first try.
