So many of us have noted the issue with NBC's HD broadcasts of sports and the 1x FF issue...which also plagues me on Fios in massachusetts...

Well of late, since around the superbowl all NBC channels (NBC, NBCSN, CNBC) broadcasting sports have this weird stuttering of the frame rate that is more pronounced on the lower 3rd of the screen..Almost like the entire 1/3 of the bottom of the image is shifting a fraction to the side and the entire picture is jumping...
Like when your horizontal or vertical hold was off whack on a old tube tv
It's horrible when watching Hockey on NBCSN....

And the stuttering/frame shifting doesn't occur in slow motion...

How old is your in house infrastructure?

Try new coax cable from the Fios converter to the TiVo.

It's not that. I ran brand new RG6 to all the rooms a few years ago...It's really only happening on NBC channels

    10/4.

A few years back I experienced a similar problem only on The Speed Channel.
The problem was caused by a rodent chewed coax out on the pole...

Does this happen on more than one Series 3 and one TV?
