I've got a S2 dual-tuner Tivo with a Time Warner cable box, no cable card. Everything's been great, but the other day I noticed that channels 145 G4TV and 153 GSN (Southern California) are missing from my on-screen guide. When I go to look in the channel selection setup, every channel is listed twice, one says "box" and one says "cable" I believe (to determine whether it's analog or digital). But for these 2 channels (and only these 2), only "cable" appears, so I can't access them since they're digital and have to go thru the "box."

I rebooted the Tivo, and nothing changed. These channels are still in the Time Warner lineup, as my non-Tivo set gets them.

Anyone know what I can do about this?

    Thanks.

You might check your connections and also check your cable connectors. I had a similar problem and found that the center wire in the main coax had partially broken off and didn't give a good connection. Mine was worse than yours as I lost about 15 channels until I replaced the coax.
