Speaking of fashion, there've been some good ones this evening.

I was thinking about starting a fashion thread, just for fashion in general. Think there'd be any interest?

 

Julie Bowen's dress was designed by Bert Keeter!

 

Laura Linney, too, with her short black number. She looks like she's attending a funeral (though, given some of the happenings this evening, that might have been appropriate).

I actually liked her dress, but not for a formal event where everyone is wearing gowns. It was a cute cocktail dress.

 

Why didn't they have someone like NPH hosting? At least he is entertaining.

The whole thing has been painful to watch - bad jokes, bad songs, bad acting.

Just bad...

 

It would be more inspiring if the jokes were actually funny.

Just sayin'...

Incredibly happy about this, although you couldn't have quibbled with Jon Hamm, either. Shame Chandler didn't remember until he was played off to thank Connie Britton specifically.

 

I thought the "lesbian agenda" joke was funny.

In a lame, obvious kinda way.

 

So far, I have heard nothing funny.

Funny makes you laugh.

Or at least smile.

This rendition of Hallelujah is godawful. Poor Leonard Cohen is turning in his grave.

On the red carpet, she said it was Oscar de la Renta.

Which is quite a feat, considering he is still alive.
