    I’ve had the TiVo Bolt Vox for a week now.
    Voice search works every other day.

    Some remote button pushes seem to get confused sometimes.
    Mostly toward the top of the remote.

    I’ve left the unit Power Saver to always On as to record Suggestions and for a hopefully quick start up.
    The Suggestions are annoying, worthless to me.
    So I turned off Suggestions.
    But sometimes when turning tv on, the Bolt is unresponsive. Tv says no source.
    I may set it to turn off after a few hours, to see what happens then.

    I no longer have TiVo+ guide banners as I pulled the DNS trick using Open DNS.
    Yes there is a split second ad flash before a show. Not too annoying.

    Overall I like TiVo experience but there are a few minor issues.
    The startup issue seems to be the most concerning. Hopefully it’s my settings.

    The Bolt Vox I have is my second. I returned the first one because off issues. If you return it I would do a clean return and just buy a new one. Otherwise they will send you a refurbished (used) one to replace it.

    Today, TiVo+ guide banners are back.

    I would turn off all power savings if you are having issues with it "waking" up (there have been known issues with this).
