Advertisements ever since tivo got bought out their new developers insist on pushing updates without evenn hint of what the release contains (i.e. bug fixes, enhancements and what they are, new features, features removed, etc.). I hve been with Tivo from the time they shipped their first DVR out the door. I have always been a loyal customer. Always buying new products, beta testing, etc. as of late i feel the support at tivo has entered the toilet or no return. My cable provider is comcast and have neen with them for 35 years. I an seriously thinking of dumping tivo in my home for the X1 product. Help me Tivo. Are you still un the business of providing a world class product or are you just looking fir Ravi to destroy your brand !!!!!!
