I am posting this because I always get great help on this site. I didn't try to buy one because I use Harmonys so I do not know if it works or if it is a trick, but sounds good. Also, I know nothing about this web site, so proceed with caution.

I'll be darned if I can get a new DTV 32 or 64 Universal remote to work on an HR-10-250 that operates on a peanut at code 1. Also noticed a peanut on code one does nothing on an HR20 that operates on the Universal remote code 1 fine. ???

The only tivo codes in any white directv remote is for address zero, meaning it will control all peanut driven tivos no matter what address its set to.

And the directv branded receivers use two completely different cosesets then tivo's do, so you can't control them with peanut remote.

So if you only have one tivo, the code to use in the white remotes are 01442 & 01142.

Fantastic Edmund, 01442 she is. This is great because the RC 32 has the oddball Chinese Advent codes that can not be had via peanuts.
