well, we'll see how it goes tomorrow when they come out. Usually the tech's know far more than the "sales" or customer "service" people.

so others have had major issues getting Insight to issue the CableCARD for these as well? I just had customer service tell me how their cards do...
so, does the series 3 (NOT TivoHD, but Tivo Series 3) map QAM to guide? b/c I'm still w/in my 30 days and that feature is like critical isn't it?
