So, when you say "CBS", the Tivo shows "CBS" at the bottom of the screen then switches to ABC?
What happens if you do not say ‘Watch NBC’ and just say ‘NBC’?
The only explanation I can think of is the password to connect to the phone is not correct.
It’d help diagnose your problem if you’d include a little more detail, e.g., Are you running Hydra or HDUi?

I agree, 100%! And everyone who doesn't like Hydra should start a new thread because while there haven't been any new issues reported for many...

IMO, the confusion has nothing to do with how Tivo names their devices, i.e., it's not another bash Tivo opportunity, rather it lies in the lack...
