There was a pink screen hdr issue with Vizio TVs that was resolved with firmware update but have not seen the issues with LG.
It is not fixed on Edge. Stream 4K it a totally different HW and SW platform.

Assuming your TV supports DD it seems like an issue with your AVR. Maybe try to do a firmware update or see if you can fix with adjusting settings.

As comment 6 mentioned, if you tv support Dolby Vision sink, I.e. not a Sony, then Netflix on the edge should present Dolby Vision on the titles...

That is correct for streaming, i.e. transcoding, but Minis use the raw cable recording from the Bolt so they can be probably up to ~16Mbps for HD.
