Hi, I also live in BDA, have been a long-time TiVo owner and have the same problems (and supposed resolution) you described.
Have you been able to make any further progress?
No one at TiVo seems to be able to help and CableVision said it's not their problem but rather TiVo's issue. SO FRUSTRATING!
Anyway, please message me if you get this. Maybe we could work together to get some resolution on this?
