TIVO won't go above channel 99

It is a series two and it is connected straight into the wall. I don't have a cable box or cable card.

TIVO won't go above channel 99

My Tivo won't go above channel 99. When I type in a 3 digit channel it goes back to channel 2 and when I use the up arrow it goes from channel 99...
