v58 errors on Roamio Pro AND the HD XL - Charter

I just recently added the Roamio to my account and it was the usual sht storm. Thanks to you guys, I was able to convince Charter that we had to have the scientific Atlantica with and I limited the tuners to four. The new cisco card went into the HD XL and was able to download the 1.5.3 firmware. It all appeared to be working, but then 10 or so (mostly HD only) channels are throwing up the grey call cable or the V58 error messages. Exact same issue on both, previously the SA card was working fine. I've called Charter a few times and they have resent hits and made sure the cards were at the top of the list and that the channels were authorized (channels are ok on the charter dvrs). They claim the billing codes are good.

Still getting v58, although sometimes a picture and audio appears before dropping out. Is anyone else having this problem? I have been calling the cc people and even escalating. I'm clearly not asking the right questions or getting a knowledgeable rep. They scheduled a third visit for later this week and I agreed bc I'm hoping maybe if they put in another card, it will actually get paired correctly.
