Warehouse 13 - Savage Seduction

This had to be one of the funniest episodes I've seen in quite a while. Getting Pete, Myka, and Artie sucked into a Spanish speaking telanovela was priceless. Talk about hamming it up. OTOH, putting Kelly in a skin-tight outfit while being pregnant wasn't the most flattering thing to do.

My recording screwed up, so I have to wait to get it again.

I also liked the director's decision to keep the telenovela scenes in Spanish with English subtitles, despite Joanne Kelly's lack of proficiency in speaking Spanish.

I didn't understand the artifact in the "B" plot tho, did it duplicate the person or split him into "good" and "Evil" twins?

I don't think it was so much good and evil as it was a yin and yang of the individual's personality. On one hand you had the serious side and the other a more frivolous attitude.

I liked the A plot of them being sucked into the tv. And yes, them speaking in spanish with subtitles was the perfect touch. Artie hair was hysterical!

I'm not liking Pete's new haircut. He looks like he's 12.

Really I think he looks so much cuter!

So any bets on whether he and Mika really get together at the end?

To TPTB please please PLEASE don't do it! I'm just hoping they leave it platonic as it is, that's been one of the great highlights of WH13, but that throwaway line about him loving her scared me enough to think they'll be dumb and go there, to me that would be a total sellout ending.

I kept seeing the previews before the season and I thought his haircut was a joke or something. But it has been the same way the entire season. Well maybe not the first episode, I can't remember. But it is kind of funny.

I kind of got sick of the "effect" (wind, and the Ole' crowd cheer) every time one of them dropped or picked up a cuff link.

Harvey Korman, known for not being able to stay "in character" while on screen. Boy, they got that right. Tim Conway would almost always be able to cause him to lose it. It was funnier than most of the skits.

I'm surprised that the Frat Boys knew the source of the artifact, and why it worked.

I won't mind so much if its in the end end. Sparing us of having to watch it is good enough for me.

As long as Myka doesn't die, I'm okay.

As soon as the cloning thing was revealed, I was waiting for Jinxy's real life twin brother to show up. (He's not just doing double duty on 'The Following')

And they got away with saying "coo". (a particular female lady part)

Yeah, but that is akin to saying "damn" or maybe "sheet".

Did they really use his twin? The composition of the shots had the look and feel of the typical stitched-together fake doubles you see on TV.

I also don't see Shawn listed in IMDB (not that that's definitive proof).

I'm not saying they did this, but it would be JUST like this show to use real twins...and then make it look fake.

Best episode in awhile. The Spanish by a couple of the actors was terrible, but part of the fun.
