New OnePass not showing up in OnePass Manager

I created a new OnePass last night, and it did not show up in the OnePass Manager. As I was busy recording other shows, I did not reboot TiVo. Today, I created another new OnePass and it did not show up in the manager. I rebooted, and still newly created OnePass do not show up. The shows do record, but I cannot reorder them. Anyone else have this problem? TiVo Premiere 4 tuner with 20.4.6a software.

Called TiVo Customer Support and they said they are aware of this problem. Try clearing the guide and program information. Then force connection to TiVo. If the problem persists, do a factory reset. I don't mind clearing the guide, but have too many recordings I'm not willing to lose to do a factory reset.
