I've downloaded and installed the Android app on my phone. It is on the same network and finds my Tivo series 3 with no problem. It gives me the Guide, recognizes what channels I receive, and I have successfully scheduled recordings.
But, I can't get the remote to work. I have enabled Network Remote Control and re-booted the system, as is suggested in another help thread, but it didn't help.
One thing to note, which may or may not be related: I've only been able to log in using my tivo.com ID and password. I haven't been given the option of using my Tivo MAK address (which, according to the set-up instructions on tivo.com, should appear)
Has anyone else experienced problems with android app remote functionality, and been able to fix it?
