Sometimes the TivoHD gets in a state where it thinks it has something already transferring when it does not, even though it does not show up in the ToDo List.
Usually a hard reboot (pull the plug, wait 30 seconds, plug back in) of the Tivo will fix it.
If that doesn't work, then we might need more info...
- Using free or plus version of TiVo Desktop? PyTivo?
- File format of the video(s) your trying to transfer (.tivo, .mpg, etc.)?
- Do you have any other videos in the PC folder?
- Does this happen with other videos or just the one?
