Media Access Key dropoff

I could not stream one box to the other last night and this am. Unusual since both premieres have been on my account >12mos and both in good standing with full wired ethernet connection.

Called tech support this morning and one of the boxes had their media access key "dropped out." When I attempted to pull the media access key off the TIVO menu, messages and settings, the media access key was not an option. Thats when the troubleshooting technician figured it out. This was after about 20 mins on the line and box restarts.

Media access key signal was resent via tech and after a network connection to tivo streaming is working again.

Just fyi

I had this happen yesterday as well .

I also got the dreaded c133 message on my Roamio connected via ethernet.

Eventually after about a hour or so it resolved itself but I did have to enter my media access key again
