Yes TiVo populates the channels list based on your zip code. If you don't get those channels then you can simply uncheck them in the channel list. That will make it so they are not used for search, the guide, channel surfing, etc... The only way you'll be able to access those channels in by entering their number directly.

Are you telling me that TiVo populates my list with the channels I "might" get based on my Postal Code?
What about the extra channels I punched in to get during a Tropo event and now don't receive?
What's the sense of "Delete all Channels" if it doesn't do anything? I'm frustrated with my fantastic product!
TiVo populates the channel list with the channels you should or might be able to receive based on your ZIP code. It should automatically uncheck any that can't be tuned during setup. If it detects other channels, including any you might have tuned manually during a Tropo event, those are added but have no guide data. You can delete those added channels but not the original downloaded ones. The added channels have an asterisk beside the channel name in the listing.
