Raising Hope - Anyone watching?

I did a search and there were not many threads for it. I know it has just been back a couple of weeks but is anyone watching this show?

I really never wanted to watch it. I avoided My Name is Earl just because I am not really in for the white trash schtick, but every time I watch this show I laugh out loud more times than any other show I watch. That goes for Modern Family, all the NBC Thursday Comedies and the rest.

It is not as clever and smart as some of the shows, but for some reason I just found myself audibly laughing a lot during this show.

Since there is not much discussion about it here, just curious as to what others think?

I watch it, but haven't watched the two recent episodes yet. I didn't watch it at the beginning, but some good reviews here got me to try it.

I love this show! It's my favorite new show this season. Just enough MawMaw to be funny but not so much that I'm sick of her.

And Hope is just too cute. I'm not a baby person...my arms don't go out to automatically take a baby when it's held toward me, but I'd probably hold Hope.

FWIW, I also loved My Name is Earl...well, I did until
Spoiler:
Earl went to prison, then it went downhill fast

I want to start watching. Three different strangers have stopped me in public and told me our baby looks like Hope. Ours is named Grace-they always get a kick out of that.

Not as good as early Earl, but much better than last-season Earl.

Nothing to go out of your way for, but I save 'em up and plug 'em in on the weekends as needed. I think you could pretty easily jump in. The mythology's not too deep.

I watch it occasionally and it's not on a SP if that says anything. I do enjoy it, but I enjoy Modern Family a whole lot more.

Not sure why you would say it is not as clever or smart as some shows. It surprises all the time with twists and situations I would never have guessed.

I guess "Fringe" is smarter, but maybe not more clever.. And "The Big Bang Theory" is saved from a lot of stupidities because they have a technical advisor who is an actual scientist.

We love this show, one of our fav sitcoms now. I can't think of one episode where there wasn't a time I had to pause because I was laughing too hard. Yeah, it's a "white trash" show, but I think they are good natured about it all.

Love it. The matrix-like freeze-and-pan shot of MawMaw's sneeze had me rolling.

"Is it bad?"

Watch it every week. Probably the best new show this year.

It is the only thing on my Series 2 right now. (yep, two tuners on a Series 3 is not enough for that night.)

We watch it.
It's not "must see" but we keep several 30 minute shows as backups for slow nights and this is one.
I have always been a Martha Plimpton fan.

I may not always watch it the same night it airs, but I watch it the same week it airs.

Love it.

This is an under-rated show and even with all the stuff going on in their lives, they are a very loving family. It doesn't hurt that the show is really funny.

I love the Dad--sooo funny. I've finally gotten over seeing him as a terminator. Great sitcom.

Another Raising Hope viewer here. Had to start padding the end. We always seemed to miss the kicker.

I love the show, and Martha Plimpton.

Although, I am seeing, it is getting a bit less about Hope, more about the crazy antics of the parents and Maw-Maw.
